I am a Vendor, what happens with my payment?
Answer for: Commercial Vendors, Ladies Showcase Vendors, Craft Fair Vendors & Swap Meet Vendors:
All vendors that paid for their spaces and their checks were deposited will receive a 100% refund. If your check was not deposited, we will VOID your check and send it back to you. Because of the number of refunds, it will take 6 – 8 weeks for the refunds to be processed. Once the refund checks are processed, they will be all mailed out at the same time.Will 2020 Back to the 50’s Weekend merchandise be available to purchase?
5/15/2020 – UPDATE: Keeping in mind that the MSRA Board of Directors must be fiscally responsible, MSRA is made up of all volunteers, MSRA does not have an online store, and MSRA does not accept credit cards, after much discussion at the May 12th MSRA Board Meeting the below decisions were regarding merchandise:

  • The following items had not been ordered at the time MSRA cancelled the Back to the 50’s Weekend: Posters, Tin Signs, Mugs, and Dash Plaques. These items will not be ordered for purchase.
  • 2020 “Cancelled” Posters: The decision was made to not print any 2020 Cancelled posters at this time.
  • 2020 Back to the 50’s Weekend event apparel: TBD
  • 2020 Back to the 50’s Weekend Volunteer shirts will be used for next year’s Volunteer Shirts.

Has Back to the 50’s ever been cancelled before?
Answer:  NO! This would have been our 47th Back to the 50’s Weekend.
5/15/2020 – UPDATE: At the May 12th Board Meeting the decision was made that next year (2021) will be the 47th Annual Back to the 50’s Weekend because of the 47th having to be canceled in 2020.
