MSRA History

From Sandy and Jerry Felde, Historians:

Back to the 50’s is upon us and it’s time to figure out what we will do with the History display in the Craft Building. Brian and Jane Nelson, co-chairs of the Cruisin N Arts Craft Fair, let us share a whole corner of the building with plenty of room to show our stuff. Jerry and Skylar Tibbs will be helping us all weekend so we hope we can do a little more fun stuff this year.

Stop in and see where we came from and where we re going.  The booth will be open on Friday and Saturday from 9:00am – 6:00pm and on Sunday from 9:00am – 3:00pm.

We will be having two giveaways, one for the adults, a framed photo of the Prom Ballroom; and one for the kids, a big monkey with a Back to the 50’s t-shirt. We will have those drawings at the closing of the day on Saturday. You don’t need to be there at 5pm but it sure would be helpful if you win.

MSRA membership certainly has its perks- the LineChaser publication being one of them. Jerry and Sandy Felde have been collecting them since 1969- the very first issue- and they will be on display this year at the Cruise-N-Art Fair!
Don’t forget to check out this wonderful tribute to a club with such a rich history. If that doesn’t make you want to become a member- I don’t know what will!
