PREREGISTERED VEHICLE PARTICIPANTS INFORMATION

By now you have heard that due to COVID-19 the Back to the 50’s Weekend has been cancelled. Though we are all saddened by the cancellation, the health and well-being of each of you, and of our entire classic car community is our first priority. This cancellation is new territory for all of us and we will miss seeing you this year. Thank you for all your kind comments to our team over these past months; and a special shout out from us to thank our team of volunteers. The event has been cancelled, but we still have some followup to do with you, our participants.  Below are the steps that are being taken in regards to your preregistration and how we are going to move forward and begin the planning for 2021:

THE 2020 preregistration deadline is April 29 and we are accepting preregistrations received at the post office through the deadline. The committee will need time to process the forms and get the confirmation letters mailed out to the participants. After the confirmation letters are mailed, the postcards will mailed.
We will be sending out a postcard approximately May 18th  to ALL PREREGISTERED participants which will have the same information/instructions listed below in the bullet points below – please watch for the postcard!

  For those of you that paid and preregistered a vehicle(s) this year, your registration payment will be applied to next year’s Back to the 50’s Weekend to be held on June 18-20, 2021. In January you will be mailed a 2021 confirmation letter with your same registration number from 2020. If you are entering an additional vehicle you will need to fill out the 2021 registration form (which will be available February 1st on the website and in the LineChaser) and you will receive a new confirmation letter for the additional registration.
If you would like a refund, you will need to send a letter requesting the refund along with your original (not a copy) 2020 registration confirmation letter and a self-addressed stamped envelope to: MSRA Back to the 50’s 2020 Refund, PO Box 22, Pine City, MN 55063-0022. You will have until July 1, 2020 to request a refund, it will take 6 – 8 weeks for the refunds to be processed. Once the refund checks are processed, they will be all mailed out at the same time.
