As the Back to the 50’s Weekend approaches, our dedicated event coordinators are working tirelessly to ensure a fantastic show. We invite you to be a part of this amazing experience by joining our volunteer team. Your enthusiasm is the only requirement!

WHY VOLUNTEER?

• Many positions available, so there is something for everyone.
• Team up with friends and family for a memorable experience.
• See the show from a whole new perspective!
• Have you seen the cool volunteer shirts?
  

HOW TO JOIN:

Download the Back to the 50’s Volunteer Interest Form and mail or email it to the Volunteer Coordinator. We will do our best to match you with an open position.  Membership is not a requirement – everyone is welcome!

Three ways to Sign Up:

• Complete the Volunteer Request Form from the January LineChaser and mail it in.
• Download the Volunteer Request Form, print and mail or email it in.
• Complete the ONLINE FORM and click SUBMIT.
  

KEY DATES TO REMEMBER:

April 1: Volunteer Interest Cards are due.
Early April: Online Volunteer Sign up opens (if you didn’t send in a card)
End of May: Worker Cards are mailed to volunteers.
June 19-21, 2026: The BEST car show ever – Back to the 50’s!!

RETURNING VOLUNTEERS:

• If you signed up at last year’s event, no need to complete a Volunteer Interest Card. You are set.
• Notify your area coordinator or the Volunteer Coordinator if you have any changes (when you can work, address, phone number, email, t-shirt size). We need to update the system.
• If you are not sure if you are signed up, compete the Volunteer Interest Card and we will confirm your shift.

IN APPRECIATION FOR VOLUNTEERING:

• Earn one of our amazing Volunteer Appreciation Shirts for each shift worked (up to 5 shirts).
• For each shift you work, you will be entered in a drawing for amazing prizes. Each year the drawing is at the August Membership meeting. Again, you DO NOT need to be a member to volunteer or be in the drawing. You also do not need to be present to win!
