…. AND YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN A GREAT TEAM
AND BECOME ONE OF OUR VOLUNTEERS!!
You do not need to be a member of MSRA to volunteer. Back to the 50’s is made possible because of people like you who donate a couple hours of their time to help make this event the success that it is! Members, non-members, friends, families, teens, all ages, we invite you to join in on the fun with our volunteers from all 50 states, and even from other countries, who will be donating their time for a shift or two at this year’s Back To The 50’s!
MSRA MEMBERS: The ‘Workers Card’ (the form that lists the areas where volunteers are needed and includes the times (shifts) that are available) is inserted in the February 2018 LineChaser. If you are volunteering this year please fill it in and return it asap. Even if you volunteered in the past it is important you fill it in completely so we have the correct contact information for you!
NON-MEMBERS: We would love to have you join us and volunteer for a shift or two this year!! Join the fun! If you are volunteering this year please fill it in and return it asap. Even if you volunteered in the past it is important you fill it in completely so we have the correct contact information for you!
The Workers Card to select your shift choices is available to download.
Print it off, complete it (be sure to include your T-shirt size request), and mail it to the address on the form. This is also a “fillable form” which you may choose to fill in on your computer, save it, print it off, and then mail it. If you have questions, please contact Angie Brisbin. To view, download, or print off … Click here for the Worker Card!
IN APPRECIATION FOR VOLUNTEERING you will receive a coveted Volunteer T-Shirt for each shift you work, and your name will entered into a drawing for prizes which are drawn at the August Membership meeting … and, you do not need to be present to win!
Looking forward to volunteering with YOU at this year’s Back To The 50’s!
