To free up parking spaces at the Best Western Plus hotel – we have an IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING a SHUTTLE SERVICE for NORTH REGISTRATION VOLUNTEERSto park their vehicles and take a shuttle bus to the Best Western Plus on THURSDAY, JUNE 21st ONLY. This service is for VOLUNTEERS working at the NORTH REGISTRATION ONLY! Please have your worker card available to board the shuttle bus.

UPDATE – 5/1/18
Thank you to everyone who has sent in their workers cards. It’s great to see how many people want to help at the Back to the 50’s this year. At the end of May, the Volunteer Confirmation Cards will be sent out. This year they will be mailed out separately one card per shift. You will notice in the sample the card will indicate the job, day and time you will be volunteering. If you are signed up to volunteer multiple shifts you will receive that number of cards. This will be indicated on the card as Card 1 of X. For example, if you are volunteering for 5 shifts you will receive 5 cards and they will be numbered 1 of 5, 2 of 5 etc.This card is your ticket to enter the event, receive your free volunteer t-shirt and your ticket into the volunteer drawing.

You do not need to be a member of MSRA to volunteer. Back to the 50’s is made possible because of people like you who donate a couple hours of their time to help make this event the success that it is! Members, non-members, friends, families, teens, all ages, we invite you to join in on the fun with our volunteers from all 50 states, and even from other countries, who will be donating their time for a shift or two at this year’s Back To The 50’s!
MSRA MEMBERS: The ‘Workers Card’ (the form that lists the areas where volunteers are needed and includes the times (shifts) that are available) is inserted in the February 2018 LineChaser. If you are volunteering this year please fill it in and return it asap. Even if you volunteered in the past it is important you fill it in completely so we have the correct contact information for you!

The Workers Card to select your shift choices is available to download.Print it off, complete it (be sure to include your T-shirt size request), and mail it to the address on the form. IN APPRECIATION FOR VOLUNTEERING you will receive a coveted Volunteer T-Shirt for each shift you work, and your name will entered into a drawing for prizes which are drawn at the August Membership meeting … and, you do not need to be present to win!
